ASE85202300000 Kunststoffschweissgerät VAS 852 023

The plastic repair kit was enhanced to include the plastic welder VAS 852 023. This is used to melt the plastic parts and the plastic strips (see Circular 13/21). This completes the Dynamic Repair Program for plastic repairs.

The accurate way to weld plastic with hot air! Microprocessors in the VAS 852 023 ensure a perfectly coordinated air / temperature mixture. The precise temperature measurement at the nozzle permits a correct weld pool.
Plastic repairs

The device is small, light and can be used quickly. The integrated compressor does not require an external compressed air supply, a power connection is sufficient. The air temperature can be continuously adjusted between 160°C and 480°C. During the actual welding process, the hot-air gun can be handled well and even an inexperienced user can achieve a good welding result and a liquid process.
